Withdrawals and Refunds

 

Refund Information

When you drop or withdraw from a course, you may be eligible for a tuition refund. The amount refunded will depend on the date you withdraw from the course.  Please select your program from the options below to view the applicable refund schedule.

The following deposits are non-refundable:

  • UG Admissions Deposit
  • International Student Admissions Deposit
    • In accordance with the TWU International Student Admissions Deposit Policy signed upon admission, any unused portion of the deposit will be forfeited if you are withdrawing from the University.

Withdrawal Information

  • To request assistance with dropping a course, please reach out to us Here.
  • To fully withdraw from TWU, please fill out the following Online Form.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, a tuition credit will be applied to your student account to be used towards future tuition and student fees. 
  • If a credit balance remains on your account, you may submit a Refund Request.
