A. Forgot Password

Forgot your TWU ACCOUNT password?

You may be able to use the Forgot Your Password link through the portal.

B. Reset Password

Know your TWU ACCOUNT password?

Reset your email password through the portal:

Log in first, then update your password.

Please allow up to 1 hour between resetting your password and being able to use it to access all TWU systems.

C. Request Password Reset through TWIT

You can Request IT to reset your password.

Be sure to include your:

  1. Personal email address that TWIT can send your password reset to
  2. Your date of birth and/or Student ID as validation
