How to Order a Document

Request a Letter

  1. Go to https://ics.twu.ca/
  2. Click on the Login button on the top left of the page and sign in using your TWU Email and Password


     
    • TIP: Make sure that you are typing your full TWU Email address (firstname.lastname@mytwu.ca)
    • If you can't get into your TWU Account, click here to find out more about how to Reset your Password. 
    • If you are an Alumni and believe that you don't have a TWU Account, please note that all Alumni were made TWU Accounts retroactively, please Reset your Password using the above link.
  3. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Records tab on the Menu on the top.


     
  4. You will be given a list of eDocuments that you can order, click on the "Request __________" link for  the document that you would like to order.


     
  5. You will need to select the appropriate fields for the letter that you are requesting.
    • e.g. -  for a Verification of Enrolment eLetter Request you will need to "Select the Reason for your eLetter", "Select the Program for your eLetter", and "Select the Academic Semester for your eLetter"

  6. You will be shown a preview of the data that will be available on the letter. This includes your Student IDFull Name, Program Start Semester, Academic Semester, Division, Degree Major etcPlease make sure the information is accurate.


     

  7. Check "I have reviewed the data above and confirm that it is correct. I understand that the fee is $10 per digital share and that no refunds will be issued." and click on Request My eLetter

  8. Once you have Requested your eLetter, you will receive an email from MyCreds at your TWU e-mail address


     

  9. Select Register/Sign In and you will be asked to Register for a MyCreds Account. Fill out the required fields

Share Your Document

  1. From there you will be able to view your Document. If you want to share your Document, you will need to purchase Share Credits.


     
  2. You can share your Document to a Registered Organization.


     
  3. If you can't find the person/institution that you want to Share your Document with on the Registered Organization, you can send it to a Recipient’s Email.


     
  4. You can also download the eDocumentas a PDF.

Troubleshooting Steps

  • If you can't get into your TWU Account, click here to find out more about how to Reset your Password,
    • If you are an Alumni and believe that you don't have a TWU Account, please note that all Alumni were made TWU Accounts retroactively, please Reset your Password using the above link.
  • If you receive a notification that you have a Hold on your account, you will not be able to order a Transcript. Please note that a request will be made about the Hold and the Office of the Registrar will contact you at your TWU E-mail address with further details.
  •  If you are having issues with the MyCreds account, please refer to the MyCreds FAQ ​​​​​​​
