Using and Accessing your @mytwu.ca Student Email

Student TWU Email DetailsYour TWU Student email is used to access:

• All students have a TWU Student email once they have been accepted to TWU. These are email addresses ending in @mytwu.ca
• Your TWU Student email address is:
  • TWU Account + @mytwu.ca
  • Example: John.Smith@mytwu.ca
• The password for your TWU Student email is synchronised to your TWU Account.
• Changing your TWU Account password will also update your TWU Student email password. 

Your TWU Student email is used to access:

• Email - Accessible in two ways:
  • Web Address: http://outlook.com/owa/mytwu.mail.onmicrosoft.com
  • Student Portal:
    • In your browser, navigate to www.twu.ca
    • At the top-left of the screen, click on Students, then in the drop-down menu that appears, click on Email
• Moodle - https://learn.twu.ca/
  • Please Note: Moodle courses sync every 6 hours, and access is only granted once you are registered for at least one course with TWU.
• Course Registration - ics.twu.ca
• Wordpress - create.twu.ca
• SETL - http://setl.twu.ca/
• Library - https://www.twu.ca/library
• Microsoft Stream - https://web.microsoftstream.com/
• Office 365 - portal.office.com
