Connecting with a Wired Internet Connection in Dorms

Only a few dorms have a wired connection available. 

If you have a connection, plug in a check first to see if it's enabled.

If you would like your connection to be enabled, follow these instructions.

Prepare the following Information:

1.  Your student number
2.  Your building name
3.  Your room number
4.  The port number (it will be on the wall, near the jack where you plug in the cable)
5.  Contact information (phone number or email)

Send TWIT a request

1.  Send us the above information by going to Service Hub and submitting a ticket.  We will notify you when your port has been activated.
