Renewing Staff WiFi Network Certificate: Windows

The new TWUStaff WiFi policy may have already installed on your computer if you have been on campus and connected TWUStaff in July 2018. You may just need a reboot.

If you have not been on campus please see the following options:

1. Make sure the network cable still connected and open Command Prompt.  To find command prompt, click the Windows icon in the bottom left, then type "Command".

3.  Type the following command and hit Enter

gpupdate /force

Your computer should prompt you to log off. Then log back on again and you should have the new TWUStaff certificate installed.
