Open a Shared Calendar: Open in Outlook on PC

1.  Open Outlook to the Calendar page (bottom-left corner).


2.  On the toolbar at the top under the Home tab, click on Open Calendar.



3.  Open Shared Calendar.
4.  If you know the name of the calendar (or person) you would like to view, you can type it in right away, or you can search by clicking Name.



5.  Search the address book.  Once you find the right calendar, click OK twice.



You will now see your calendar in side by side view.
