Replying to a Ticket

This quick tutorial is designed to show you how you can reply to a service member in a ticket... and to make sure we get your reply!

Replying by Email

When you receive an email from us in reply to your request, you can reply to the email.
 

  1. Click on the email you received.  It should look something like this:


     
  2. Click reply.  We will get notified when you reply.
     

Replying in the Ticket Client

Sometimes you may want to view the entire ticket to see the conversation, then respond to it in your browser.
 

  1.  Click on the link in email you received under "To view this request, click the link below:"


     
  2. Under Feed, click on comment.
  3. Type in your comment, click the bar above it to select the name of the person or people from IT helping you out, then click Save.


     
  4. You can then see your comment on the Feed, along with status bar saying you notified.
