Before Landing In Canada
All MBA students must attend the MBA Online Orientation before they start their study. If you haven't attended the orientation yet, please reach out to MBA team through the MBA helpdesk system.
Once you receive your student visa, you will receive your MBA study plan from the MBA Coordinators after the orientation. Your next step would be to register for courses in the semester you are starting in. Instructions on how to register for courses can be found here. Please be advised of Add/Drop policy to avoid penalty.
After Landing In Canada
Medical Services Plan
Please click here on instructions on how to register for a Medical Services Plan (this is REQUIRED for all international students upon arrival) and how to apply for interim insurance. TWU students are eligible for a special rate under GuardMe but you may also find your own insurance provider for the first 3 months while you wait for MSP to be activated.

Social Insurance Number (SIN)
A SIN number is required for work and to have access to government programs and benefits. Apply here.
Housing
