Create a Knowledge Base (KB) Article

*You need access to your portal in order to add/edit/delete KBs

Process

Articles can be created and collaborated as drafts and saved as "not submitted"

Once complete, it can be saved to "submitted" or "approved" if you have permissions to approve. It is recommended that a review date be set and tracked to maintain KB refresh.

Check the box "Published to KB" for students to be able to view. If unchecked only internal staff/faculty with access can view.

If the KB was created on a sub portal other then the main TWU Client Portal, it must be linked to the main portal for students to view. Create a TD request to establish the link.
