Summer Extended Stay (and Early Arrivals)

To stay on campus housing during the Summer Extended Stay dates, you must meet all of the below criteria as of August 1st:  

• be a Summer Housing resident (full summer term only), and 
• be enrolled in classes for Fall, and 
• be a Fall housing applicant, and
• your student account is in good standing 

If you apply but are ineligible, your housing access will be denied by August 1st.   

No extended stay requests will be accepted after August 1st.

If you are eligible for the Summer Extended Stay, you will be placed in the room that you have been approved to stay in for the Fall Semester.

If your Fall Room is not yet ready, TWU Housing reserves the right to place you in a temporary room until your Fall Placement is ready.

Any cancellation or changes to the Summer Extended Stay must be received by August 1^st to avoid the charges.

$150 for housing for the whole period of August 19^th- August 31^st (not prorated). 

$250 meal plan (12 days) for those in dorms. 

The non-refundable charges will be applied to your student account on August 1st

To cancel your stay, submit a Summer Extended stay cancellation ticket by August 1.

To be eligible for early arrival to Housing at TWU, you must:  

• be an athlete registered in the group provided by their coaches (with the confirmed charges) 
• be a TWUSA member registered in the group provided by their supervisor. 
• be a chapel team member registered in the group provided by their supervisor 
• be a student leader registered in the group provided by their supervisor. 

! Please double check with Student Life or with your Coach to ensure you are on the list of names and arrival dates that they will be providing Housing. 

Application for the Extended Stay will open on May 16 and close on August 1.
